Planning Drawings: Modern Gates
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need a set of clear, council-ready architectural drawings to support my planning-permission application for the front boundary of my property. The proposal is simple: a modern-style pedestrian gate, a motorised sliding gate finished in metal, and a matching metal fence that will sit neatly on top of the existing low wall.
Everything must be drawn to scale and laid out exactly as my local authority expects—site plan, existing vs. proposed elevations, sections through the wall and sliding-gate track, and any notes that explain materials and finishes. Please allow space in the drawings to highlight the motor unit and wiring route so it’s clear the sliding gate will integrate with a smartphone app for everyday use. (I may add keypad or remote access later, so leave those noted as “future options” rather than shown as installed.)
I’m comfortable reviewing PDFs, but I’d also like the source CAD files for any minor tweaks before submission. If you’ve produced similar modern metal-gate or boundary-treatment drawings that have passed planning first time, feel free to mention that when you bid—it will help me choose faster.
