I’ve got drawings for a single-family home in the 1,500–3,000 sq ft range and need a complete quantity take-off turned around within 48 hours. Please run the job in PlanSwift only, then export the full material schedule so I can filter by trade and supplier later.
Deliverables I expect:
• Native PlanSwift file with all measurements tagged and organised
• Excel (or CSV) summary showing item description, units, quantities and brief notes on specification
Accuracy is critical—I’ll be spot-checking against the plans—so include wastage factors where appropriate and reference any assumptions you make. If the list is clear, logical and reconciles with the drawings, I’ll release the milestone immediately.
