Plan note for permitting

I'm seeking a freelancer to create a plan note for a building permit application. I have existing plans and am looking to have the plan note completed within a week. This is a commercial project and the building and plans already exist, it just needs the required note.
The City of Lake Mary Florida wants a licensed structural engineer to add a note to the existing plans on how a roof mounted AC will be secured to an existing and approved roof pad built for AC units.
