2D Plan for Large Viewing Platform

I'm in need of an experienced and skillful CAD designer to provide 2D drawings for a large viewing platform made of steel structure with wooden cladding.
Key project specifics as follows:
- The platform is purposed as outdoor seating area displaying panoramic views. Hence, it should be designed to comfortably accommodate 6 or more people concurrently.
- The platform should be of a medium height structure (5-10 feet), providing a decent elevated viewpoint while ensuring safety.
