Plan design for new build house

I am looking for a designer to create a plan design for my new build house. Here are the details:

Style of Architecture:
- I am looking for a modern style of architecture for my new build house.

House Layout:
- I have some ideas for the house layout, but they are not fully formed yet. I would like the designer to work with me to develop these ideas and create a functional and aesthetically pleasing layout.

Number of Rooms:
- I want a total of 3 bedrooms in the house.
- fully furnished basement for a tenant including 1 bedroom

Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for this project would have experience in designing modern houses and working with clients to develop their ideas.
- Proficiency in architectural design software is required.
- Strong communication skills are essential to effectively collaborate with me and bring my vision to life.
