Plan Review and Redlining Needed

Scope of Work:

1. Review Checksheet Comments:

-Go through the full Excel checklist (it will be shared over chat)
-Carefully review each plan review comment and prepare appropriate responses directly in the Excel file.

2. Drawing Redlines:

-Redline the drawing sets provided using Bluebeam as the markup tool.
-Ensure all applicable plan corrections are clearly marked for the design team to update.

3. Life Safety Comments:

-Identify and flag life safety comments with the note:
“by DESIGN+BUILD”
-No detailed response is needed for life safety items, just flag them for the client’s internal team.

4. Planning and Zoning Notes:

-Use the provided survey if needed to properly address zoning or planning-related comments.

5. Delivery Format:

-Excel file with written responses.
-PDF drawings with Bluebeam redlines.

6. Deadline:

-Complete all responses and redlines by Monday morning to allow the my design team to proceed.
-If you read this project details, write Monday on the first line of your bid proposal
