Plan Designer for Large, Unique Home
Budget: €5,000 – €10,000 EUR
I'm embarking on an project to remodel a large family home. I seek an architect/designer with:
- Expertise in creating floor plans for residential homes
- A knack for dreaming up creative, separate-room layouts that optimize for space, functionality, and aesthetics.
- Strong knowledge of local council laws and the approval process to expedite the journey from concept to construction.
We have an existing farm house that we want to make some changes to and need some inspiration and drafting of floor plans and help getting it through the council. We have very limited funding so it's not going to be a big project, but instead done over a longer period of time, using the drawings as reference.
We were new to Spain so will need to be English speaking
