Picture of drawing placed on Autocad

I have a picture of a building drawing. Would like it traced and duplicated in autocad. I only want the walls, doors, and fixtures, bathroom fixtures, and room labels in the drawing, and none of the mechanical/electrical etc. systems in the drawing. Part of the image is a bit blurry so we will do our best to give that information.

Once complete I would like the autocad file as well as a PDF
