I am looking for a seasoned architect/engineer with a solid understanding of building codes and permit requirements to produce accurate drawings of a garage slab and framing. These drawings are strictly needed for a building permit application, therefore should meet all approval prerequisites.
Key services needed:
- Comprehensive planning and creation of a garage slab and framing drawing
- Incorporation of electrical details into the blueprint

Framed with rough lumber
Vaulted 2x10 rough lumber roof framing gabled in front
2 9×8 garage doors on front
One 36in man door on right front
Ideally, you should possess:
1. Proven experience in architectural drawing
