Paper plans to cad for laser cutting -- 2

I need to get some paper plans of a wood working project converted to cad so I can get the parts laser cut out. I have scanned the plans onto pdf at there original size can you do this? They need to be in a format where I can send it to get laser or Cnc cut? Also as you can see there are parts that require depths to be cut and there are metal parts which will need to be on a seperate file. There are some parts like the wing that describes how it needs to be duplicated and flipped so it is one part. The project needs to be very accurate
