PNG to 2D AutoCAD

Hi,
I have a PNG (image) of an apartment floor plan. Your job is to convert it to AutoCAD and keep just the basics.
The goal is to get the outer and required drawing of the apartment, so that the floor plan can then be fully customized.
So, your AutoCAD drawing doesn't need any inner walls or furniture. It only needs:
- outer walls with windows and insulation and balcony
- load bearing walls
- three vertical ducts
- two doors
See attached image with red markings on what needs to be included.
The drawing needs to have measurements.
You will deliver:
1. AutoCAD source files, and
2. PNG image
