PLC Control Panel Design & Estimation
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a complete electrical design package and cost estimate for an industrial PLC control panel. The scope starts with interpreting my functional requirements (I will supply an I/O list and basic sequence) and ends with a ready-to-build drawing set and bill of materials.
What I expect from you:
• Detailed schematics and wiring diagrams produced in AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.
• Panel layout showing DIN rail allocation, component spacing and wire routing.
• Comprehensive BOM with part numbers, quantities and sourcing links.
• Material and labor cost breakdown so I can hand the package straight to purchasing and fabrication.
Accuracy, adherence to IEC/NFPA standards and practical component selection are essential. If you have experience designing similar PLC panels for heavy-duty industrial environments, let me know—samples or references are welcome.
