PDF to DWG Conversion

I'm looking for a professional who can convert a PDF file into a DWG file. The ideal freelancer for this project should be familiar with AutoCAD and able to deliver accurate conversions. Experience with architectural or engineering drawings is a plus, as is the ability to suggest improvements or modifications to the design.
