PDF Building Plan to UK Floor Plan

I'm looking for a professional who can convert a PDF building plan into a basic outline floor plan suitable for a UK rental website. The floor plan needs to have dimensions annotated on it.
Key Requirements:
- Conversion of a PDF building plan into a basic outline floor plan
- Remove Bedroom 4 and 5 from plans
- Change loft bathroom to bedroom and 1.5 metre ensuite bathroom as annotated
- Annotation of dimensions on the floor plan
- Delivery of the final product in JPEG format
