PDF to AutoCAD/Sketchup Conversion

I am in need of an AutoCAD/Sketchup wizard who can help me with a critical conversion project. As part of my construction planning efforts, I've got a PDF file that needs to be converted into a workable AutoCAD or Sketchup model.
