### Freelancer.com Job Posting: PCB Design and Enclosure CAD for Modulation and Control Circuit
**Project Title**: Custom PCB Design, Enclosure Layout, and CAD Drawing for Modulation and Control Circuit
**Project Description**:
We are seeking skilled PCB designers to create a professional schematic, Gerber files, drill files, enclosure layout, and a detailed CAD drawing for a modulation and control circuit board. This front-end circuit manages signal processing for an inductive/capacitive resonant load, with no high-voltage components (all low-voltage, <30V). The project involves a 130mm x 100mm single-layer or double-layer PCB, housed in a Hammond 1414N4PHM6 enclosure (254mm x 203mm x 152mm). We provide a comprehensive verbal schematic detailing all connections, traces, and pinouts, along with a clear enclosure layout for controls, meters, and connectors. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a well-defined, innovative project with all specifications ready for a seamless design process, including a professional CAD drawing of the enclosure.
**Scope of Work**:
- Design a complete schematic from a detailed verbal description, specifying all components, connections, and trace widths (0.3 mm power, 0.2 mm signal).
- Generate Gerber files and drill files for a 130mm x 100mm PCB (1-2 layers, through-hole components).
- Create enclosure panel layouts with labeled controls (pots, switches, meters, LEDs) for the Hammond 1414N4PHM6.
- Produce a detailed CAD drawing of the enclosure, showing precise placement of all panel components (pots, switches, meters, LEDs, connectors) with dimensions and labels.
- Run circuit simulation via software (e.g., LTspice, KiCad) to verify functionality and signal integrity.
- Prepare manufacturing-ready files, including BOM, assembly instructions, and CAD drawing.
- Deliver all design files (schematic, Gerber, drill, simulation report, enclosure layout, CAD drawing) for review and manufacturing.
**Project Details**:
- **Component Count**: ~60 components (7 op-amps, 4 FETs, 2 regulators, 11 pots, 8 switches, 4 BNC jacks, 6 banana plugs, 2 screw terminals, 5 LEDs, 1 Hall sensor, 8 opto-isolators, 3 headers, resistors/caps, etc.).
- **Project Size**: Medium-scale, well-documented with a complete verbal schematic and enclosure layout provided.
- **Complexity**: Low-voltage (<30V), through-hole design, no high-voltage components. Requires standard PCB design skills, simulation expertise, and CAD proficiency.
- **Deliverables**: Schematic, Gerber files, drill files, simulation report, enclosure layout, CAD drawing of enclosure, and BOM in digital format.
- **Timeline**: Flexible, targeting 2-4 weeks for design and verification.
**Why This Project?**
This is a straightforward, professionally specified project perfect for PCB designers who excel at turning detailed descriptions into functional, manufacturable designs with a polished enclosure presentation. The clear documentation ensures a smooth workflow, and your expertise in PCB design and CAD will bring an innovative control system to life. We welcome questions and will provide the full verbal description upon selection.
**How to Apply**:
Submit a brief proposal outlining your PCB design experience, simulation tools used, CAD software proficiency (e.g., AutoCAD, Fusion 360), and estimated lead time. We’ll share the detailed schematic description and enclosure layout for your review.
