Outdoor Breaker Relocation & Kitchen Fixes

Job ID: 40371550

Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD

The city inspector requires my main breaker panel to be outside, so the top priority is to relocate the existing interior box to the mounting location I have already set aside on the exterior wall of my single-family home. The service line has enough slack, but I will need a properly sized exterior-rated panel, weatherproof fittings, and code-compliant grounding/bonding once the move is complete.

While you are here, two more electrical updates are needed in the kitchen:
• Install new code-compliant, dedicated receptacles for the refrigerator and electric stove (each on its own circuit, GFCI or AFCI as required by the latest NEC).
• Replace a failed light switch that controls the main kitchen ceiling fixture.

Please handle permitting, coordinate utility shut-off if required, and provide a clean inspection-ready finish (labelled circuits, tidy conduit runs, patching of the old panel cut-out inside). I am available this week to walk you through the designated outdoor spot and any routing questions.
