My name is Henry Jacobs, and I am looking for expert services to help me with a project in Oro Valley. Specifically, I need to revise existing plans to meet the City of Austin permit requirements. I have specific goals and objectives for this project and I need it completed as soon as possible. I need this project completed quickly but with quality standards that will ensure its success. The task is to draft a Site Plan that meets City of Austin Tree Plans and other requirements. I will provide starting diagram with change requirement. Any CAD format is OK as long as it can produce a pdf file. The final plan must meet City of Austin and AIA tree template standards per attached files. Developing the plan will be an iterative process with several reviews by myself and a final meeting with the city to confirm the changes. Refer to Master Comment report pages 3, 10, and 11. I will be meeting with the city on Aug 21 to clarify some of the details. There may be additional references on the city of Austin AB+C website.
