Open Space Remodelling Architect Needed

I am in need of an architect who can provide the necessary drawings for the removal of a wall between my kitchen and living room. We also want to replace the window with a patio door as per attached sketch. These drawings are required for a planning permission application (Building Warrant as the wall is load bearing, West Lothian Council).

Requirements:
- Incorporation of specific features: The new open space should ideally incorporate an island counter or a breakfast bar, and/or built-in shelving. Open to recommendations to ensure a cohesive final layout.
- Wall size: The wall that needs to be removed spans approximately 5 meters. The architect must ensure that the new design is structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing. The wall is load bearing and a structural engineer will carry out the necessary calculations for the beam.

Skills and experience:
- Proven experience in architectural design and UK planning permission applications.
- Interior design expertise is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work within spatial and structural constraints.
