Open Concept Granny Flat Floor Plan
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I'm looking for a detailed floor plan for a small open-concept granny flat. It is dual purpose liveable shed with storage at one end and granny flat at the other. I have attached a rough drawing of the liveable section and the complete engineering plans for the entire shed structure.
This is required urgently prior to 30/06/2025
The plan should include:
- Bedroom
- Kitchen
- Living room
- Bathroom
Additionally, the floor plan must incorporate electrical and plumbing layouts.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in creating detailed and accurate floor plans
- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing requirements
