Freelancer to conduct accurate measurements for a small residential project located in Singapore.
Focus specifically on architectural details (some examples attached).
No furniture placements or designs are required in this scope.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Drawings must be clear with precise measurement (in mm)
- Proven experience related to precise architectural measurements preferred
- Must visit site 1-2 times in Singapore (West) - during the first couple of weeks in Jan 2024
- Measurement in length, width, height and depth for a complete understanding of the space
- Every wall, ceiling, floor (including every door, and details, etc)
- Submission in JPEG or PDF
- Values of Freelancer - honest, diligent and honour confidentiality
