Office Layout Design for Efficiency
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m seeking a professional to assist in designing office layout plans within an existing building. The objective is to maximize workspace efficiency while adhering to a modern and minimalistic style.
I already have:
• The surveyor’s plan in DWF format, which needs to be converted to DWG format with my title block (which I will provide).
• The office areas, which need to be arranged within the existing premises.
• Two layout options, already hand-drawn, that need to be accurately transcribed into a digital plan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Convert the DWF file to DWG, integrating the provided title block.
• Develop office layout plans that include conference rooms, break areas, and private offices.
• Propose creative and efficient spatial arrangements that align with the primary goal of maximizing workspace efficiency.
• Accurately translate the two hand-drawn layout options into DWG format for client presentation.
• Sign and adhere to a strict NDA, ensuring confidentiality throughout the project.
