Office Layout Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
As you will see, we have drawings of the current office space and the specific areas outlined, we also have a concept board which was prepared to give a preliminary idea of FF & E options.
What we require from you is a proposed layout with measurements for spatial planning of the spaces taking into consideration some of the proposed FF&E selections from the concept board.
Comments for specific spaces:
Informal Entry / Reception Lounge - need to insert drywall to separate the two areas to create some privacy. will have two seats outfront
Office Space: need a minimum of three desks placed into the plan.
Lounge Area - Insert TV and couch etc and dry wall to separate
o Meeting Room - the conference room will actually be halved with drywall as we plan to give the neighbouring space a board room as well. so take that into consideration as well, and design a layout that is practical for both. if both can seat 6 thats perfect, we will also have a tv in there as well
o Kitchenette - show fridge etc
o Bathroom, will have a shower at the bottom and will flip the sink/toilet so all plumbing utilities for the kitchen and bathroom is on that wall.
We potentially may need a schematic design, but that's not a priority at this time. We do need to calculate how much dry wall to purchase in linear feet though, so if that could be displayed or noted. thanks.
please provide portfolio and suggested turnaround time.
