Office Expansion and Renovation
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I'm looking to transform an existing commercial building into a more functional space. The project involves adding divider walls for 7 new offices across 4 current areas. The intended purpose for these offices will primarily be administrative tasks.
Specific modifications will include:
- Transportation office: Demolishing existing countertops and constructing a new L-shaped kneewall for additional counter space.
- Receiving area: Bumping out a wall, installing a receiving window and a door.
I can provide rough drawings to illustrate the proposed changes. The preferred materials for the new divider walls are metal studs.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Extensive experience in commercial office renovations.
- Proficiency in working with metal stud partitions.
- Skills in interpreting and executing from rough architectural drawings.
