Office Building Plans Needed
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm seeking a draftsman or architect to design plans for an office building, approximately 10,000 sq ft, located in a small rural town in South Georgia.
Requirements:
- The layout should be a mixed one, combining both open and private offices
- The design should include a single conference room and a break room/kitchen area
Ideal skills and experience:
- Prior experience in drafting or architecture for commercial buildings is preferred
- Familiarity with designing mixed-layout office spaces
- Ability to incorporate specified spaces into the design
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in South Georgia would be a plus
