Office Building Permit Set Designer
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I'm an architectural firm based in Houston, Texas, seeking a competent designer to draft a commercial permit set for an office building and church. This project involves creating new designs from scratch, as no existing blueprints are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design/Drafting: You will be responsible for creating comprehensive design documents for the office building and church, meeting all necessary codes for commercial permit sets. Architect preferred but not required. This position is about experience.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D mostly
- 5 years min. experience in designing commercial office and church buildings.
- Knowledge of IBC codes and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to develop a permit set with minimal supervision
- Be able to work w both Partners
- Be willing to work on a per project basis
