New Residential Construction Documents For Permitting

I am looking for a draftsman who can produce a full set of construction documents for a residential new construction project in the USA. Would need site and floor plans with dimensions, elevations, roof plan, and finish schedules. Foundation, truss & joist, and mechanical will be produced by others. Will need in dwg and pdf format to scale 1/4" = 1'. Attached sample set of what I need. Will send over dwg of existing plan file when ready.
