New Modern Home Construction Plans

I am seeking a set of construction plans for a new, modern-style, residential home. I have a marked up pdf plan set, that if I could reproduce would be happy. The pdf is a byproduct of my Sketchup model that a designer used to create said pdf. The designer disappeared on me before being able to make the edits. While they did issue a refund, I am left with a pdf set of plans that need to be edited. Needless to say, without the source file, as side from my Sketchup model, have no way of doing so. Effectively, I am looking for someone to reproduce the 2d floor plans utilizing my Sketchup file, and as an added bonus, the pdf plan set someone failed to finish. That said, the pdf serves as an excellent guide for someone to reproduce my house design. See attached.


Key requirements:
- Ability to create plans that are detailed, practical and comply with building codes.
- provide general notes
- drawing package assembled in a pdf document, of which is on title blocks and has a cover page.



Ideal Skills:
- Prior experience in drafting residential construction plans.
- Strong understanding of modern architectural elements.
