I Have fully drawn plans - floors, elevations, multi-side view - in PDF for new home. Need the following additional drawings:
1. Dimensioned foundation plan showing location of all footings and foundation walls.
2. Details on footings, foundation walls and concrete floors.
3. Identify location of interior/exterior bearing walls, include details of bearing wall construction such as spacing of wall studs, and how all bearing walls will be anchored to foundation
4. Show size and composition of all headers and support beams to be used
5. Include floor and roof framing notes or details such as type, size and spacing of framing /ceiling joists and rafters to be used
6. Add location of water heaters, electrical service and distribution panels, heating and air conditioning, plumbing fixtures, major appliances, etc.
