2448 l New Dwelling l Construction Docs
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
Please quote for the production of part of a set of architectural construction drawings for new dwelling, medium/large sized house, project 2448 using AutoCAD.
Refer to the attached schedule of drawings that need to be completed.
Please find attached:
- an example of the level of drawing and detailing that is required, project 18
- our current set of base drawings
Once the job is assigned, further details, architectural drawings + structural drawings will be provided to assist.
Payments will be processed over 7 milestones with a submission and review at each stage:
Milestone1 – 75% of sections + 75% of elevations to reflect updated sections + 50% of stairs (drawings highlighted in orange)
Milestone 2– 75% roof, planters + balcony details, 75% of walls + rammed earth details (drawings highlighted in yellow)
Milestone 3 – 75% of RCP and electrical 75% of window + shutter schedules, 75% of wet area layouts (drawings highlighted in green)
Milestone 4 – 75% - internal + external miscellaneous, 75% of fire place details, 75% garage + gates + 75% of pool details (drawings highlighted in blue)
Milestone 5 – 90% of all required drawings ready for final mark up
Milestone 6 – 100% completion of drawings
Freelancers must possess skills in architectural construction detailing for residential projects. NON ARCHITECTURAL DRAFSTMAN AND DESIGNERS SHOULD NOT BID. EXPERIENCE IN ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTING AND CONSTRUCTION DETAILS A NECESSITY.
All drawings in A3 size and completed in Autocad using sheet sets.
PDF and .dwg files are to be provided.
