New-Classical Exterior Redesign

Job ID: 40515417

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I already have detailed architectural drawings for the building and now need the exterior re-imagined in a refined, new-classical style while respecting every existing dimension. The scope covers the entire façade and front wall, the roof with its overhangs, plus all windows and doors.

Natural stone is the primary cladding; light beige, polished slabs should dominate the main surfaces. Where stone is impractical, a complementary paint specification will keep the palette cohesive. Cornices, pilasters and subtle mouldings may be introduced if they strengthen the classical feel, but ornamentation must never obscure the original proportions shown on the plans I will supply.

What I need from you
• Updated exterior elevations that overlay precisely on the current drawings (DWG / PDF).
• High-resolution 3D perspectives and at least one 360° or fly-around animation so I can present the concept to stakeholders.
• A concise material schedule noting stone type, paint code, joint treatment and any trim profiles.

Preferred workflow
Most previous work has been done in AutoCAD and SketchUp, so clean interchange with those formats is essential. Feel free to model and render in 3ds Max, Rhino, Revit or similar—just export the final DWG and OBJ/SKP so I can integrate them into the existing project files.

Acceptance criteria
1. Stone tone exactly matches the specified light-beige swatch provided.
2. Polished finish visualised accurately under daylight and evening lighting setups.
3. 3D views align with camera positions marked on my PDFs, with no deviation in building footprint or height.

Once the initial concept is approved, a single round of revisions is included before hand-off of the final native files and renders. Looking forward to seeing a balanced mix of creativity and respect for the current structure.
