Complete Interior & Exterior Design for Villa (New Classic Style) with Execution in Dhahran

I am seeking a professional design studio or interior designer to deliver a turnkey interior and exterior package for my two-and-a-half-storey villa located in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

The goal is to achieve a cohesive New Classic identity from entrance to rooftop, including the front elevation (façade). Since this is my primary residence, every detail must be execution-ready the moment the contractor steps on site. In addition to design, I require on-site execution and supervision in Dhahran to ensure proper implementation.

• Photorealistic 3D Renders
High-resolution visuals for every room and the front elevation, showing materials, colors, and lighting moods.
• Front Elevation Design
New Classic façade treatment including cladding, windows, doors, railings, and exterior lighting, with rendered perspectives.
• Materials & Finishes
• Wall paints with exact codes.
• Flooring (ceramic/marble) with recommended suppliers.
• Furniture fabrics and upholstery.
• Carpets, curtains, and accessories.
• Specifications must include codes, suppliers, and alternates.
• Style & Detailing
• Classic mouldings, cornices, wall panels.
• Bespoke joinery for cabinetry, wardrobes, and built-in furniture.
• Integration of decorative and functional lighting.
• Implementation Package
• Printable PDF (plans, schedules, 3D visuals, material boards, elevations).
• Original working files (CAD + 3D: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent).
• On-site supervision and execution of the full design in Dhahran.

• Clear communication and at least 2 revisions per space/elevation.
