Neoclassical Villa Interior Redesign

I’m giving my entire villa a refined neoclassical makeover and want a designer who can translate that vision into polished, build-ready documents. The scope runs through every key zone—living room, all bedrooms and the kitchen—so the concept needs to flow consistently from one space to the next while still letting each room feel distinctive.

My priority is pure aesthetic appeal and comfort: balanced proportions, elegant wall panelling, statement cornices, rich yet muted colour palettes and thoughtful lighting layers that showcase bespoke furniture pieces. Function and comfort still matter, but the visual harmony of a timeless neoclassical look comes first.

What I expect from you:
• Concept boards and colour/material palettes that capture the agreed neoclassical direction
• Scaled floor plans with furniture layouts (AutoCAD or similar)
• High-quality 3D visuals or renders (3ds Max, SketchUp + V-Ray, or equivalent) for the living area, kitchen and at least two bedroom types
• Detailed joinery, moulding and ceiling drawings ready for contractors
• A concise FF&E schedule specifying finishes, fabrics and fixtures available in my region

I’ll provide existing plans, inspiration images and a room-by-room brief once we start. Clear presentation, open communication and respect for the original architectural character are essential for approval.
