Need structural engineering help please!

I'm having a large, two story deck built that's 10+ tall, 12 ft deep and probably 50-60 ft wide. I'm needing help with plans for the deck but I don't think permits are needed because the house originally had a large deck that was comparable. I just want to make sure its structural sound and built to code. I might also need help with drawings for the interior basement. I'm adding rooms in the 2,000 sq ft basement but will need help with the deck for sure.
