Need structural engineer to draw and notetized plans to build a attaching patio.

When I originally purchased my house it was built with a attaching patio on original foundation. Weather caused me to tare down the tattered fiberglass panel roof. I am looking to build a patio roof with shingles on top. I have basic drawings with details of what i would like to build. All I need is engineered aproved plans, so my city will give me a building permit. There was already a patio roof originally, I'm just looking to rebuild it.
