Need sketching, drafting, 3d rendering for new house construction
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
This is step one:
Sketching
Very early stage of designing/building a new house on an existing plot of land.
This is a very simple task, but it's the beginning of a much longer process. I'd prefer someone who is experienced and can easily do this quickly and then can later produce more precise drawings, elevations, 3d renderings and eventually mechanical drawings etc.
Using the attached drawings I'd like to start by establishing the scale and placement of a new structure - getting a more precise measurement of how much area/floor space, would be feasible on the plot, so that I can then move on to thinking about how many rooms, where to place them, uses etc.
The ideal concept is for the split/dual mass (Black outline on the scratch page) with a courtyard/shaded area between them, but I'm trying to get a better visualization of the use of space. If it's not a good idea, I'd shift to a single block (or something more creative)
Please read the following notes and feel free to ask me if you need any clarification.
1. The base map is topographical, but I'm only concerned with surface area the moment. Grading, access, etc can be at a later stage.
2. The two trees marked with the Red X and CIrcle on the Scratch can absolutely not be touched or encroached upon. Everything else is fair game.
3. Scale should be determined from the Scale sheet with a few sample measurements. I understand this is not precise, but it's the best we've got for the moment.
This is more a mechanical stage of the job than artistic. I may be looking for real design assistance at later stages of the project, but not at this time.
Thank You.
