Need to get permitted to builod small house
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
small, minimal build cabin 16'x20' that I am building myself. I am looking to get an occupancy certificate and want to do the bare minimum to get that done. Think of a house but with RV type power connection and solar. Lights 12volt, fridge, range heat etc, natural gas. 1 Floor open concept 1 bathroom, 1 window at bed area. Very basic. Septic would be holding tank/outhouse. I already have plans but are not stamped and need help with what's required.
