Need blueprints for shop house.

We have a sketch of the floorplan we like but need a professional to make blueprints for the builders. Would like to have details added such as where items should be placed such as cabinets, sinks, tubs, toilets and other items we may not be considering. Overall dimensions 50x70. Shop section is 37x50. Living space is 33x50, 2 stories.
