Need Vastu compliant house plan in autocad 500 sq-ft carpet area- Plot area 33ft x 43 ft

Need house plan for south facing plot with 33x43 ft size 33 ft facing south.

Carpet Area around 500 sq-ft.

Following are the specifications which i expect

Bed room should accommodate king size bed and should have attached bathroom
Hall should be atleast 150 sqft carpet area
Should have common toilet
Should have separate bathroom
Common bathroom and toilet should be seperate
Kitchen should have storeroom
Staircase should be outside
Should have backdoor
Should have pooja room
Should have portico
Bedroom should have space for Wardrobe
Wall should be 12 feet height.
Wall should have air vents
