Need Site plan in AutoCAD or Sketchup using this google image

I need to make drawing 24"x36" Autocad or sketchup Site plan using google image. You can use Google street view to see more details in the area. I have few reference points of measurements to scale the image and draw it. You can use this CAD for the store on the right side to start with

Parking Spot is = 8.5 feet X 18 feet and space between one parking area to another = 24 feet.
