Need A Rendering of A Apartment/Townhome Project
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are presenting to the neighborhood community our new project. The are converting an existing, 1905 built cigar factory into 40 apartments. In addition on some of the land around the cigar factory, we are going to be building 10 townhomes. We are looking for a rendering of the project. The property is located at 2111 North Albany Ave, Tampa Florida 33607. You can see Google earth to see the actual building and the surrounding neighborhood. Attached are the AutoCad files, a sample of the style of rendering we are looking for, and finally a example of one of the townhomes in a rendered format.
We need the project completed by Saturday September 11th so we have time to print the documents. It would be great to have the first pass of the rendering by Thursday September 9th so that we can make any required changes.
We have a maximum budget of $300 for this work.
