Need Expert AutoCAD MEP Mechanical Engineer/Draftsman

There are some things I need to learn about AutoCAD MEP regarding drafting of mechanical piping drawings, I have AutoCAD MEP 2022, It will take almost 2-3 hours for me to get clarification on my concerns. Attached is the general layout, I need to learn how to make its detailed drawing in terms of piping info, bends, directions, elevation, etc.
