Need Engineered drawings for a restaurant remodel

I have cad drawings of the floor plan. Need to move a few things in the kitchen, no more than 8hrs of work.
Then I need MEP and structural drawings for a 2550sf restaurant with an 885sf loft. The space is in a strip center and is unfinished. Just 4 walls and a ceiling. Located in Arkansas.
I need stamped drawings to take to the City and to give to my contractors.
