Need a Civil Engineer for a road design project.

Our current job is we are trying to build a road in an unincorporated and hilly area in Morgan Hill, CA. We are looking for someone with road designing experience in hilly area's and has experience with Autocad or a similar CAD system. We have a basic road design and we need someone to comment on it's feasibility. We would like to find someone that has experience working with the Santa Clara Planning Department. We are looking to hire someone immediately.
