I am in need of a BIM model for an area of 10000 sqm that includes architectural, structural, MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical Plumbing, Firefighting) details. The intended use of the model is for design visualization. The client has provided complete plans to work from. The required level of detail for the BIM model is LOD 300 (detailed).
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
