I am in the process of planning a new residential construction and I require an experienced architectural draftsman to assist with the necessary architectural drawings.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in creating architectural drawings, specifically for new residential constructions
- Proficiency with relevant design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills for coordinating with the project team
