This is an excellent opportunity for a Naval Architect / Marine Engineer to work in a Dry Dock Project team for a prestigious vessel owner based in Abudhabi
In this role you will play an active part in daily project management tasks, working on process improvement, project analysis, work flow, data analysis and financial tracking of the life cycle of projects.
You will need to create dry-dock meeting presentations summarizing projects that are clear, easy-to-follow, and meaningful.
You will have a good level of MS Office software and AutoCAD, in order to create drawings in AutoCAD superimposed on a ship's general arrangements, organise and manipulate data within the dry-dock database and support planners and the team by tracking projects against milestones and budgets.
May also support the completion of preliminary stability analysis during planning phases, complete summary of weight changes of dry-dock projects & perform lightweight surveys and inclines.
You will need to be:
A Graduate in Marine/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Naval Architecture or equivalent degree/experience
Very proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word
Experienced creating PowerPoint presentations
Fluent in AutoCAD and can work quickly to modify or add detail to the ship's general arrangement.
