Prepare Council Submission Building plans ( Australian Standards)
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I require an experienced architect or draftsman familiar with Australian (NSW) standards to prepare building plans for a new double story house. The facade has already been drafted, and a combination of open concept and closed layout floor plans are proposed.
Key requirements:
- Interpret and implement the drafted facade into the building plans
- Prepare plans for a combination of both open concept and closed layout spaces
- Ensure all plans comply with NSW building standards for council submission
I have a detailed floorplan with key spaces and rooms already drafted, so your role will primarily involve adapting the existing designs to meet compliance standards.
Ideal experience:
- Previous work on similar residential projects
- Comprehensive understanding of Australian building regulations
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
