Must have blueprints/ materials list. Elevated deck attached to elevated garage at slab. (11 feet high) Dimensions are not quite a rectangle. 20'feet wide (232" inches exactly) to span a two car drive way. -Left side is 10' and Right is 140".

I am looking for a freelancer to draft a blueprint of the elevated deck attached to an elevated garage at slab. The total height of the deck will measure 11 feet high and should span the 20-feet of the driveway, with the left side measuring 10 feet and the right side measuring 14 feet. I'm not tied to using any particular material for the deck so I'm open to suggestions. I do, however, prefer the traditional design style for the deck. I would like to have a blueprints/ materials list included with the project. We want to have a beam and column configuration that would allow for an unobstructed 20' span across the drive way. We also plan on removing the railing and attaching the decking to the decking that is visible in the photo.

Also If we could get a the option of wood decking versus poured elevated concrete for the beam and column? That would be helpful for decision-making and long-run considerations.
