Municipal Sidewalk Design Plan

We have a project in the city of Los Altos, CA that requires plans drawn up for roof work that includes scaffolding set up in the public right of way. We need plans drawn up showing the area of work (highlighted on attached jpg and measurements included in PDF) and the scaffolding to be set up in front of the building with a pedestrian walkway underneath.
